Primary Responsibilities:- Assist in the comprehensive planning, coordination, and execution of events from inception to completion.
- Help uphold event schedules, ensuring all activities are completed in a timely manner.
- Engage with clients and vendors to verify event specifics and logistical arrangements.
- Facilitate a seamless and enjoyable experience for all event participants and guests.
- Support the management of event resources, including promotional items, equipment, and supplies.
- Conduct evaluations following events and collect feedback to enhance future initiatives.
- Perform administrative duties, including data entry and responding to inquiries.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
