Job Overview

Position: Forklift Operator

We are currently in search of skilled Forklift Operators to join our team within a manufacturing setting. This role is essential for maintaining the flow of materials and products.

The selected candidates will be tasked with the daily operation of a stand-up forklift, focusing on the pulling, staging, and replenishing of inventory in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Comfort with working in cooler conditions is necessary, and the company will provide the required cold weather gear.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate stand-up/high reach forklifts efficiently and safely.
  • Manage inventory by pulling and staging products as needed.
  • Work in cooler environments as part of the daily routine.

Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 months of recent experience operating stand-up or high reach forklifts.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information:

  • Shifts: Day shift openings available.
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday with options for 12-hour shifts.
  • Compensation: Starting pay of $20.00 per hour.
  • Employment Type: Full-time position.
