Responsibilities
  • Establish a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment that fosters social and emotional development in children.
  • Support the lead teacher and work collaboratively with the entire faculty to ensure a cohesive and effective educational experience.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and demonstrate empathy and compassion for young children.
  • Dependability, adaptability, and a passion for working together towards a common goal.
