Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external customers
  • Process incoming fraud and non-fraud Card, ATM, Check and ACH disputes
  • Monitor and follow up on assigned dispute claims
  • Assist with Branch requests, such as account research and corrections
  • Prepare and review multiple reports and logs
  • Assist manager with research and projects related to Deposit Operations products, processes, and procedures
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Strong team player with excellent communications skills
