Job Summary

Crossroads for Women, I is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support the organization's staff and leadership. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive HR administrative and project management assistance, ensuring seamless recruitment and onboarding processes.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. They will maintain confidentiality and demonstrate a high level of professionalism in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform HR administrative tasks, including recruitment and onboarding functions
  • Provide exceptional customer service, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Prepare and facilitate pre-boarding and new employee orientation
  • Coordinate all recruitment functions, including posting new positions and processing new hires
  • Review, track, and document compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training
  • Communicate personnel policies and procedures to staff
  • Provide administrative support for employment-related issues
  • Prepare documents and compose routine correspondence
  • Organize HR records and maintain an audit-ready status
  • Assist in the development of reports and statistical analyses

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of HR administrative experience, specifically in recruiting and onboarding functions
  • Knowledge and competency of general HR principles, including compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Technical skills: ability to use technological equipment and systems, HRMS administration preferred
  • Interpersonal Abilities: ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external partners
