About the Role:

The Denco Family is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Associate to join our team at our Fairfield Inn & Suites location in Fresno, CA. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction and property maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee property maintenance of grounds, building facilities, and guest rooms to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for our guests.
  • Perform daily cleaning and upkeep tasks, including trash removal, sweeping, and cleaning of common areas.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment and systems to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
  • Respond to maintenance emergencies in a timely and efficient manner, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
  • Communicate effectively with management and other team members to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
