Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Associate to ensure the optimal functioning of our facilities. This role is essential in maintaining the quality and safety of our property, providing an exceptional experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the maintenance of grounds, building facilities, and guest accommodations.
  • Conduct daily cleaning and upkeep, perform preventive maintenance, and handle minor repairs.
  • Communicate larger maintenance needs to management as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and guidelines.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies and assist with various tasks as needed.

Daily Duties Include:
  • Clearing trash and maintaining cleanliness in common areas.
  • Performing painting and repairs on walls, ceilings, and other surfaces.
  • Conducting preventive maintenance on specified areas, including plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC.
  • Maintaining organized storage and workshop areas.
