Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Associate to ensure the upkeep and functionality of our property. This role is essential in providing a pleasant environment for our guests while maintaining the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the maintenance of grounds, building facilities, and guest accommodations.
  • Conduct daily cleaning and upkeep, perform preventive maintenance, and handle minor repairs.

  • Complete tasks outlined in the daily Maintenance Checklist promptly.
  • Respond to maintenance emergencies in a timely manner, available on a 24-hour call basis.
  • Maintain clean and organized maintenance areas and storerooms.

Maintenance Duties:
  • Perform preventive maintenance in various areas including lighting, plumbing, HVAC, and guest room facilities.
  • Ensure cleanliness of common areas, including guest laundry and vending machines.
  • Handle small maintenance orders under the direction of a supervisor.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and practices, including safe chemical handling.
