Requirements
  • Experience and Qualifications: Possess experience, personal characteristics, and temperament to work with children and their biological families, providing care, protection, and experiences that enhance healthy child development.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Demonstrate knowledge of group process and group dynamics, as well as the ability to provide leadership and direction to subordinates, motivate and work cooperatively with other professionals, and effectively interact with sensitivity and responsiveness to cultural differences.
