Your Role:

We are seeking to enhance our accounting team to support our ongoing growth. The ideal candidate will possess a robust accounting background within the financial technology sector, showcasing intelligence, energy, and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with US GAAP.
  • Support the monthly reporting of financial outcomes to various stakeholders.
  • Analyze financial performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Oversee financial controls in alignment with established policies and assist in developing accounting policies and process documentation.
  • Contribute to the annual budgeting and forecasting process, including variance analysis reporting.
  • Collaborate with external tax accountants during annual tax filings as directed.
  • Engage with cross-departmental teams on cost control and management initiatives.
  • Participate in special projects and reporting objectives as needed.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  • A minimum of 3 years of accounting experience.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and SAP ERP.
  • Advanced skills in Excel.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and communication abilities.
  • Capacity to meet tight deadlines in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
  • Experience with global subsidiaries.
  • Understanding of electronic trading and broker-dealer accounting principles.
