Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Seating: Greet guests promptly and seat them in a timely manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Guest Service: Develop and maintain professional relationships with guests, take orders, and ensure their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.
  • Cash Handling: Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment, adhering to company standards and policies.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with guests, management, and team members to resolve any issues or concerns.
