We are seeking a highly skilled Night Operations Department Supervisor to join our team at Lowe's Companies, Inc. This role is responsible for leading and enabling a team of associates to deliver exceptional customer service and drive store operations excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop a team of associates to achieve operational excellence and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Collaborate with front-end and back-end operations associates to ensure seamless store operations and effective inventory management.
- Monitor and coach associates on safe behaviors and lifting techniques to maintain a safe working environment.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor non-selling operations to ensure efficient store operations and maximize sales and profitability.
- Communicate effectively with other Department Supervisors and Assistant Store Managers to drive service, operations, and safety objectives.
- High School Diploma or equivalent and 3 years of experience in a retail environment OR 5 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Experience providing direction or supervision to teams (with or without direct report responsibility).
- Experience supporting or participating in the process of training, mentoring, and developing associates.
- Experience working cross-functionally and using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as may be required by law.
- Experience supporting front-end or back-end operations in a retail environment.
- Experience in customer service roles.
- Experience in leadership roles with direct report responsibility.
- Experience working in the home improvement retail sector.
- Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic retail environments.
