Key Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site support to various teams within the organization, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Offer on-site frontline concierge services, including wayfinding and assistance for public visitors.
  • Manage the daily operations of the gym, including maintenance and upkeep of facilities.
  • Provide administrative support and content to drive monthly promotions and employee-related initiatives.
  • Support logistics and AV operations for events organized within the three primary locations.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Business Management or relevant discipline.
  • Strong service excellence mindset and excellent communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software and applications.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary range of $2,200 - $2,700.
  • Performance bonus and 14 days annual leave.
  • Duration: 1 year (renewable yearly up to 5+5 years).
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm (hours may be staggered subject to team lead).
