Job Responsibilities
This role entails executing advanced specialist functions within the Office of the Registrar.
Key Duties Include:
- Providing expert assistance via phone, email, and in-person for student registration inquiries.
- Addressing complex registration questions with a thorough understanding of the registration system.
- Guiding students through processes such as adding, dropping, and resigning from courses.
- Assisting in system upgrades, troubleshooting issues, and implementing changes as directed.
- Collaborating with various campus departments to enhance service delivery.
- Maintaining and evaluating data to ensure operational efficiency.
- Developing internal policies and training materials for staff and students.
- Supporting leadership during critical processing periods.
- Preparing and distributing official university documents and reports.
- Conducting research to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Participating in special projects and facilitating meetings as required.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is required, along with two years of pertinent experience. Experience in higher education is preferred. A combination of education and experience that demonstrates the necessary knowledge and skills will be considered.
