We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Full-Time Outfitter. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and outfitting customers with the latest running gear and apparel.

Responsibilities:

* Provide personalized solutions to customers, recommending products that meet their needs and goals
* Build and maintain meaningful relationships with customers, vendors, and peers
* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and trends in the running industry
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and support store initiatives
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every customer

Requirements:

* Available to work evening and weekend shifts
* Proactive learner and sound decision maker
* Passionate, positive, self-motivated and detail-oriented
