About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Behavioral Consultant to join our team in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients, families, and staff to develop and implement tailored treatment plans.

Responsibilities
  • Direct ABA programs for clients and oversee staff implementation of services.
  • Supervise Behavior Therapists and Program Supervisors to ensure high-quality care.
  • Serve as a Responsible Supervisor for BCBA Trainees, providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Conduct observations and assessments in various settings, including schools, homes, and communities.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans, inform clients of behavior goals, and monitor progress.
  • Design and deliver training to parents, professionals, and staff on ABA best practices.
  • Collaborate on regional or company-wide clinical projects, ensuring effective program implementation.
Mentorship Opportunities

Kyo emphasizes the importance of effective mentorship in promoting staff growth and development. As a Behavioral Consultant, you will:

  • Oversee Behavior Therapist mentorship groups.
  • Deliver Quarterly Performance Reviews to mentees.
  • Act as a Responsible Supervisor for BTs enrolled in BACB coursework.
  • Provide individualized mentorship, responding to and coaching mentees through their duties.

Requirements
  • Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • MA degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Outstanding responsiveness and operational skills.
  • Ability and willingness to drive from client to client and attend leadership meetings.
  • Ability and willingness to occasionally work longer than 8 hours/day.
  • Reliable transportation, a valid state driver's license, and automobile insurance.
Work Environment

This role involves working in a variety of settings, including clients' homes, schools, and community locations. You must be able to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks effectively.
