Job Overview

The Bristal Assisted Living is seeking a dedicated and experienced Overnight Concierge to join our team. As a key member of our community, you will play a vital role in maintaining a secure and safe environment for our residents.

Your primary responsibility will be to monitor the grounds and building, responding to any security concerns or issues that may arise. You will also be responsible for documenting resident problems and complaints, as well as maintaining thorough familiarity with community fire safety procedures.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Securing all outside doors and locking entrances according to schedule
  • Assisting Resident Services personnel with resident emergencies
  • Monitoring all security/surveillance systems and responding to situations appropriately
  • Answering incoming telephone calls according to policies of The Bristal

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience as a security guard, a clear speaking voice, and excellent communication and listening skills. They will also be able to communicate in English, both verbal and written, and possess a respectful and polite demeanor.
