The Director of Operations plays a pivotal role in fostering market expansion and executing strategies aimed at optimizing operational performance. This position requires the leadership and development of regional Center Administrators to ensure efficient daily operations, enhance patient care, and improve client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Guide the operations team in ongoing improvement initiatives based on performance data analysis.
- Oversee financial management within the region, including reviewing financial documents and assisting in budget preparation.
- Analyze regional performance metrics and formulate action plans for areas requiring enhancement.
- Address and manage disciplinary matters in consultation with senior management and HR.
- Empower Center Administrators to assess and refine center processes to elevate patient experiences.
- Ensure compliance with established programs and policies across centers.
- Manage staffing and scheduling, focusing on effective recruitment, training, and personnel management.
- Conduct regular site visits to provide leadership support within the assigned region.
- Proactively resolve client-related issues.
- Supervise the upkeep of equipment and necessary supplies.
- Collaborate with various departments, including Medical, Human Resources, and IT, to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure accurate management of patient records in compliance with industry standards.
- Establish quality assurance protocols and monitor compliance, reporting regularly to senior management.
- Participate in succession planning and talent management activities.
- Regularly evaluate clinic adherence to policies and safety standards.
- Review clinic performance and track progress toward established goals.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

- Experience in recruitment, coaching, and performance management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Skilled in identifying challenges and implementing effective solutions.

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in multi-site clinical management, preferably in occupational or urgent care settings.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
