About the Job

Cedar Family Dentistry is seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team. As a key member of our patient care team, you will provide exceptional care and education to our patients, promoting a healthy and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide thorough dental hygiene services, including cleanings, exams, and patient education
  • Develop and maintain a positive and professional relationship with patients, colleagues, and management
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training
  • Collaborate with our dental team to ensure seamless patient care and exceptional outcomes
Requirements
  • Current dental hygienist license in the state of practice
  • Associate or Bachelor degree in dental hygiene (where required)
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, and patient screening
  • CPR certification
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems
  • Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills to meet patient needs
