Key Responsibilities
  • Consult with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective job descriptions and job postings.
  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet the requirements of the role and company standards.
  • Negotiate offers and prepare offer letters to secure top talent for our organization.

Requirements

  • Experience with DoD recruiting and/or technical recruiting is highly desired.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and sell the value of the position.
  • Experience with negotiations and selling the value of the position.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate candidate qualifications and make recommendations.
