**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including dusting, sweeping, and mopping floors, and emptying trash receptacles
  • Support sales efforts by restocking shelves, processing transactions, and assisting with visual merchandising
  • Participate in store events and promotions, such as sales, openings, and grand re-openings

**Requirements**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
  • At least 16 years old; able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
