Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of residential areas.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to meet the needs of our residents and staff.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance are met.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
  • Provide training and guidance to housekeeping staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Develop and implement procedures for handling hazardous waste and chemicals.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to housekeeping and maintenance.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leadership and supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to perform the duties of the job, including lifting and carrying cleaning equipment and supplies.
