EHSE/Continuous Improvement Specialist

CNH Industrial is seeking a highly skilled EHSE/Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing environmental, health, and safety programs and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and promote a safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement EHSE programs and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and promote a safe work environment.
- Investigate accidents and develop recommendations to prevent recurrence and promote safety-conscious work performance.
- Analyze and measure the effectiveness of existing business processes and develop sustainable, repeatable, and quantifiable business process improvements.
- Work closely with Operations and functional teams to identify process bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Coach project teams to fulfill certification requirements and quality and process improvement objectives.
- Conduct safety audits, studies, and investigations to ensure compliance with government safety and health laws, standards, and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
- 2 or more years of EHSE and/or continuous improvement experience.
- In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, Associates degree and 5 or more years of experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 7 or more years of experience will be considered.
