CNH Industrial is seeking a highly skilled EHSE/Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing environmental, health, and safety programs and procedures to safeguard employees and surrounding communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective EHSE programs and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
- Investigate accidents and incidents, identify root causes, and develop recommendations to prevent recurrence.
- Analyze and measure the effectiveness of business processes and develop sustainable improvements.
- Work closely with operations and functional teams to identify process bottlenecks and implement improvements.
- Coach project teams to achieve certification requirements and quality objectives.
- Conduct safety audits, studies, and investigations to ensure compliance with government regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, such as environmental science, safety engineering, or a related field.
- 2 or more years of EHSE and/or continuous improvement experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong knowledge of EHSE regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
