Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective EHSE programs and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
  • Investigate accidents and incidents, identify root causes, and develop recommendations to prevent recurrence.
  • Analyze and measure the effectiveness of business processes and develop sustainable improvements.
  • Work closely with operations and functional teams to identify process bottlenecks and implement improvements.
  • Coach project teams to achieve certification requirements and quality objectives.
  • Conduct safety audits, studies, and investigations to ensure compliance with government regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, such as environmental science, safety engineering, or a related field.
  • 2 or more years of EHSE and/or continuous improvement experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong knowledge of EHSE regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
