Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Job Description:
We are seeking a Lead Tutor/Instructor to lead, coach, and work collaboratively to deliver individualized instruction. You will assess students' learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions, communicate student progress with parents, and teach using the Mathnasium Method, terminology, and teaching practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A passion for math and working with students
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • An eagerness to learn and grow
  • Strong math competency through at least Algebra I
  • The ability to balance leadership and instructional responsibilities
