Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Garde Manger to join our large, collaborative, and cohesive culinary unit. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in an upscale high-volume restaurant and a strong work ethic. They will be responsible for working in a team environment, preparing Italian dishes, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook Italian dishes to a high standard, using fresh and high-quality ingredients.
  • Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure seamless service and high-quality dishes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas, in line with the restaurant's culinary vision.
  • Participate in menu planning, inventory management, and cost control.
