GoHealth Go-Live Team Lead

CTG is seeking an experienced team lead with a strong background in Go-Live and Activation projects, specializing in Epic Ambulatory and Candence.

Duties:
Lead Epic Go-Live Support projects, specializing in Epic AMB and/or Cadence
Experience with Urgent Care is a plus
Commitment to being available and onsite through the end of Go-Live, working shifts as assigned, is required
Time off requests will not be honored
Ability to interact and work with physicians, nurses, and all levels of healthcare management and staff is required
Clinical background is preferred
The ability to be on your feet for 12-hour shifts is required
Reliable and available for the entire time without restrictions is required
Skills:
Clinical & LIS background preferred
Experience managing prior Go-Live
In-depth knowledge of healthcare practices in hospital and/or physician group settings
Multiple prior Epic Go Live Support experiences; specific experience supporting Epic Ambulatory and Cadence is required
Ability to interact and work with physicians, nurses, and all levels of management and staff
Prior experience with clinical elbow-to-elbow support
Ability to work 12-hour shifts
Education:
High School Diploma
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position is $49.00/hr.
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
