Job Summary:

McDonald's Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Global Indirect Procurement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and optimizing indirect procurement processes to drive business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the design and implementation of source-to-contract processes, including documentation, system configuration, and partner engagement.
  • Track project achievements, deliverables, and timelines to ensure adherence to project plans.
  • Develop and deliver training content and readiness for source-to-contract-related initiatives.
  • Analyze data to identify process improvement opportunities and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of source-to-contract initiatives with broader program objectives.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external partners, addressing queries and providing information as needed.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between the Global Process Lead and other departments, regions, and business units.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and maintaining documentation related to source-to-contract processes.

Requirements:
  • Good understanding of procurement processes, with a willingness to learn and develop expertise in source-to-contract processes.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a procurement, supply chain, or administrative support role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to lead multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other collaboration tools.
  • Detail-oriented attitude with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all work activities.
