The Agile IT Synergy, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software System Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will provide software-agnostic field support for forward-deployed users of operational, advanced analytic intelligence support, and technical and analytical mission planning and execution systems.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in software systems, with a minimum of two years of experience in supporting similar systems. You will be responsible for providing technical administration, embedded data services, and analytical support and mentorship for workflow development, data source integration, and expert utilization of multiple software capabilities to solve information challenges.

The scope of this position encompasses the SOF Enterprise, including Tactical Local Area Networks and other Department of Defense military hardware and End User Devices. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless integration and support of these systems.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in supporting software systems.
  • Active Secret Clearance with TS Eligibility required.
  • Knowledge of assigned Component's tactical Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and mission guides.
