Strategic Business Growth Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Business Growth Leader to join our Consumer Banking team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will drive business growth and profitability by developing and executing comprehensive strategies that align with our Consumer Banking overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy that aligns with the Consumer Banking overall business objectives.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive innovative strategies and differentiate our Consumer Banking offerings.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and develop actionable insights.
- Develop, Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of Consumer Lending strategies and initiatives.
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance our Consumer Lending capabilities.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the Consumer Lending team, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to drive strategic decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree. MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Finance/Banking, with a focus on strategy development and execution.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategies that drive growth and profitability.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- In-depth knowledge of consumer banking products, services, and industry trends.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in the Consumer Banking sector.
- Strategic mindset and ability to think long-term while also executing short-term goals.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
