Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with organizational leadership to design, implement, and manage comprehensive salary and incentive programs aimed at attracting, motivating, and retaining talent. The HRIS/Compensation Manager will engage with various levels of leadership and Human Resources to provide insights, resolve compensation inquiries, and deliver analytical reporting support.

Essential Duties
1. Create and adjust job positions as requested by Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
2. Analyze user and client requirements; develop, maintain, and distribute reports for stakeholders.
3. Generate standard reports and design custom reports as needed.
4. Train and support HRIS representatives and Admin Reporting Specialists.
5. Recommend system design modifications and upgrades based on current system efficiency and user feedback.
6. Manage time clock systems, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate replacements as necessary.
7. Assist with ADP system upgrades involving ADP Vantage, ADP WFM Time, and Smart Recruiters.
8. Support the implementation of new software solutions related to ADP, SFTP, or API integrations.
9. Provide ad hoc reporting and respond to specific requests regarding wage-setting initiatives.
10. Utilize data analytics to deliver insightful reporting to the business.
Strategic Development
Research and develop total rewards strategies by analyzing best practices, trends in compensation, recognition, performance measurement, and employee feedback, in alignment with leadership directives and regulatory requirements.
Conduct cost and survey analyses to assess the effectiveness and competitiveness of existing and proposed compensation programs, presenting findings and innovative solutions to leadership.
Job Evaluation
Review and analyze new and updated job roles, ensuring compliance with Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) guidelines to mitigate risks associated with misclassification.
Collaborate with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of roles and their organizational impact, ensuring competitive job evaluations while maintaining internal equity.
Stay informed about regulatory changes and advise management accordingly.
Job Description Management
Oversee the preparation and maintenance of job descriptions; assist in revising existing descriptions and managing the job description database.
Market Analysis
Participate in industry compensation surveys to gather and analyze competitive salary data, determining the company's market position and identifying emerging trends in compensation strategies.
Consultation
Create reports and provide consultation to business leaders on effective compensation strategies and their optimization within respective teams.
Conduct special compensation projects as requested by leadership and perform additional duties as assigned.
