Job Description

As a Brand Representative for Hollister Co. Stores, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our customers. You will be responsible for maintaining a warm and welcoming store environment, ensuring that every customer feels valued and supported.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, anticipating and responding to customer needs
  • Maintain a keen awareness of the store environment, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere
  • Initiate conversations and connect with customers through genuine and articulate communication
  • Demonstrate relatable, confident, and highly social behaviors on the sales floor, translating into closing sales
  • Participate in store presentations and sales floor activities to drive sales and customer engagement

What You'll Do:

  • Customer Experience: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every customer feels valued and supported
  • Store Presentation and Sales Floor: Maintain a warm and welcoming store environment, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Communication: Initiate conversations and connect with customers through genuine and articulate communication
  • Asset Protection and Shrink: Participate in store activities to prevent shrink and protect company assets
  • Policies and Procedures: Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment
  • Training and Development: Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
