Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet all relevant regulations and standards.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and contractors, to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure projects are being completed in accordance with plans and specifications.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including customers, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure projects are completed to their satisfaction.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects, and develop contingency plans to ensure projects are completed successfully.
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in engineering project management, preferably in a facilities management or construction environment.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • Experience with project management software and tools, such as MS Project or Asana.
  • Knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
  • Experience working in a facilities management or construction environment.
