Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in retail management or sales leadership
  • Previous sales experience and proven track record of success
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, commission sales environment and meet sales targets
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with excellent time management skills
  • Basic mathematical and computer skills, including proficiency in sales software and systems
  • Ability to read, write, and speak in English
