Position: Early Childhood Education Center Leader
Compensation Range: $54,000 - $66,000 DOE

As the Early Childhood Education Center Leader, you will:
  • Exemplify leadership by demonstrating a commitment to positively impacting the lives of children and staff, fostering an environment of trust and inclusivity.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, adhering to local and state licensing regulations.
  • Recruit and maintain a highly qualified team by actively sourcing, training, coaching, and engaging with both current and prospective staff.
  • Guide educators in implementing our proprietary curriculum, utilizing engaging characters to enhance the learning experience.
  • Drive consistent business performance, measured through family retention, enrollment growth, and efficient operations, including managing financial reports and payroll.
  • Engage with prospective families through tours and community marketing events to showcase the benefits of our program.
Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree or advanced degree in early childhood education, child development, child psychology, or a related field with at least eighteen credit hours in child development and/or early childhood education.
    OR a High School Diploma or GED, with Early Childhood Development (ECD) 101 and three years of experience in a licensed childcare facility, including one year of supervisory experience.
  • Strong knowledge of state licensing regulations.
