Seasonal Bookkeeper Job Opportunity

Pro-Ag Farmers Cooperative is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to work in our Parkers Prairie location as a seasonal bookkeeper. The ideal candidate will possess excellent phone and in-person customer service skills, as well as the ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process grain tickets and grain contracts
• Review grain settlement documents and process grain checks
• Provide exceptional customer service, answer phones, and respond to customer inquiries
• Post AR payments and enter sales tickets
• Enter AP invoices and manage inventory
• Assist with counter sales

Requirements:
• Ability to lift 50# on a regular basis
• Strong computer and communication skills
