Job Overview

The Custodian is tasked with executing comprehensive cleaning responsibilities across all ACI Jet facilities. The successful candidate will engage in these activities while fostering a constructive and efficient rapport with ACI Jet's personnel, suppliers, and clients, either directly or through team members.

Reporting Structure

The Custodian will report to the Custodian Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Conducting thorough daily cleaning of all ACI Jet facilities
  • Requesting necessary supplies and equipment for cleaning tasks
  • Monitoring the condition of facilities and reporting any required repairs, safety concerns, or service needs to the Facilities/GSE Lead
  • Utilizing company vehicles to collect supplies and materials essential for job completion
  • Adhering to protocols for the use of cleaning chemicals and equipment to prevent damage to surfaces and fixtures
  • Ensuring timely and professional responses to all ACI Jet maintenance requests
  • Participating actively in ACI Jet's SQMS program to maintain safety and quality in all assigned tasks

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Able to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Highly organized and self-motivated
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing, bending, or sitting for extended periods
  • Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
  • Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in facility custodial roles (1+ years)

Compensation: $23.00 per hour, depending on experience.
