Job Description: Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Therapist to join our team. As a Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality therapeutic services to our clients. Your primary duties will include conducting family, individual, and group therapy sessions, attending case-related meetings, and maintaining accurate records.

About the Job

This part-time position requires a strong commitment to delivering trauma-informed, culturally competent services. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic support to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct family, individual, and group therapy sessions to address client needs
  • Attend case-related meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and services provided
  • Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive services
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT license with limited permits
  • 1 year of experience working with children, adolescents, and families (preferably)
  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and experience working with EHRs
  • Valid NYS driver's license in good standing
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility and adaptability
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to a generous salary, we provide:
