Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Clinical Physical Therapist to join our team at JAG Physical Therapy. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients with the goal of healing, recovering, and improving functional independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including progress notes and treatment plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Provide education and training to patients and their support system to promote optimal recovery and independence

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy, Doctorate preferred
  • Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice
  • Experience with EMR software preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
