Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Acute Care Division at UCHealth Highlands Ranch Hospital. As a member of our team, you will provide top-notch patient care and contribute to a dynamic and innovative clinical environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process and evidence-based practice
  • Prioritize wellness, patient perspective, and multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional outcomes
  • Model proficiency through precepting new staff members and contributing to a culture of safety and quality
  • Participate in the development and implementation of unit-based initiatives to improve patient care and outcomes
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program
  • State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • 6 months of nursing (RN) experience
  • Basic Life Support - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer
