Key Responsibilities:

  • Perfect the bank's system of record through accurate set-up and maintenance of billing schedules, pricing options, and all other client records and indicative data.
  • Perform administrative duties related to setting up new and/or modifying existing loans, maintains bookings on the systems of record, and identifies and enters data to provide data to modelers for loss risk forecasting.
  • Manage the daily collateralized debt obligation suite and issue tracker reports to execute the daily loan closing process.
  • Maintain relationships with Relationship Administrators to ensure efficient and high-quality loan processing.

Requirements:

  • Loan or legal documentation experience.
  • Must be detail-oriented and be able to read and understand loan documents.
  • Must build and maintain a strong relationship with Business Partners.
  • Works with limited supervision.
  • Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Ability to multi-task.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Credit Center, GFS, Loan IQ.
  • One to Two years previous Financial Booking knowledge.
  • Ability to work independently with little management supervision.
  • Ability to communicate with attorneys and internal business partners.
  • Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
