We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team at Acosta Group.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $37,440 - $44,800 based on 12 hours of work per week and a wage range of $18.00 to $20.00 per hour.
Job DescriptionThis seasonal part-time opportunity represents our client, Sonos, showcasing their amazing audio products on weekends at the Best Buy store in Wisconsin.
The successful candidate will be responsible for introducing Sonos to customers, promoting their home theater technology, and executing sales strategies against program operations plan, mission, and KPI critical success factors.
The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience, preferably in consumer electronics, and possess strong interpersonal communication and relationship building skills.
Responsibilities- Serve as a dedicated brand influencer and introduce Sonos to customers
- Execute sales strategies against program operations plan, mission, and KPI critical success factors
- Build relationships with store managers and associates
- Engage the customer through dazzling product demonstrations
- Assist and train store personnel
- Put Sonos products in the spotlight
- Previous sales experience required; consumer electronics experience is a plus
- Strong interpersonal communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to commute to assigned Best Buy location
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift items up to 30lbs without assistance
The benefits package includes W2 employment, biweekly pay with direct deposit, paid training, and access to a 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match.
Additionally, the successful candidate will receive a retention bonus for program completion, including a Sonos Ace personal headphones valued at $450.
