Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Roofing Project Manager to oversee and manage residential roofing projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, providing regular updates and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and coordinate roofing crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure high-quality work and meet project deadlines.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all roofing work meets company standards, local building codes, and industry best practices.
  • Safety Management: Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular site inspections to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability by managing resources effectively.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues that arise during the project, ensuring minimal disruption to the project timeline and budget.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate project records, including contracts, change orders, progress reports, and final project documentation.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in residential roofing project management.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple roofing projects simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of roofing materials, installation techniques, and building codes.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
  • OSHA certification is a plus.
