  • Client Liaison: Liaise between the company, customers, and vendors.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and industry regulations.
  • Cost Improvement Opportunities: Identify cost improvement opportunities and coordinate with project teams.
  • Post-Project Analysis: Participate in post-project financial analysis and performance tracking.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Represent the client to coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in commercial project management/estimating.
  • Knowledge: Expert knowledge of commercial roofing systems used in South Florida.
  • Skills: Proficiency in cost estimation analysis, field-based project execution experience, and progressive field-based leadership roles.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
  • Business Acumen: Organized, detailed, and thorough in planning and execution, possesses a high set of moral and ethical standards in business dealings, and strong business, presentation, and construction math skills.
  • Leadership: Ability to competently handle stressful situations, choose the successful path forward when confronted with numerous options, and able to elevate issues as necessary.
  • Technical Skills: Demonstrates proficiency in using software applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and construction-related packages.
