Job Overview

Johanna Foods, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in CPG sales, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities include executing sales plans to achieve maximum sales volume and profit objectives, managing promotional activities, and creating value-added customer relationships.

The successful candidate will be highly organized, able to manage multiple projects against deadlines, and possess excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in CPG sales
  • Established experience and understanding of CPG selling in a manufacturing environment
  • Track record of being highly customer-focused, building and maintaining excellent relationships with customers
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects against deadlines
