Join Our Team as a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst

Soar Autism Center is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our interdisciplinary team. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional care for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized ABA therapy plans for children aged 2-6 in a center-based setting.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams, including speech, occupational therapy, and psychology, to conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
  • Implement ABA therapy plans based on the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM).
  • Oversee a team of about 7-8 clients and conduct standardized assessments to refine treatment plans.
  • Build strong partnerships with families, guiding them through the therapy process and supporting their engagement.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Experience in ABA early intervention.
  • Preferred candidates have a background in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
  • Clear professional communication, both verbally and in writing.
