Key Responsibilities- Organization Design: Develop and implement organization design standards, procedures, controls, and playbooks that align with business objectives.
- Consulting: Provide expert consulting services to senior management teams, HR, and business stakeholders to drive organization design and governance initiatives.
- Analytics and Insights: Analyze organization structures and provide data-driven recommendations to drive optimal organization size, shape, and skill mix.
- Change Management: Partner with stakeholders to deliver effective change management around broad-scale organization changes to roles, responsibilities, and accountabilities.
- 10+ years of experience in organization design, consulting, and/or financial services.
- Practical working knowledge of organization design and governance principles.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a large-scale complex environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with senior management teams.
- Strong project management skills to deliver in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Consulting experience with a high tolerance for dealing with ambiguity and ongoing change.
- Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills to develop and present complex data-driven insights.
