The ideal candidate will be a team player with an enthusiastic attitude, assisting our clients in envisioning and creating their unique spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in design concepts, ideas, and execution
  • Assist in client selections
  • Drafting floor plan and elevation drawings to incorporate design and technical specifications
  • Creating specification documents for field execution
  • Cabinetry design and ordering
  • Preparing material take-offs and estimating
  • Procurement of samples for clients
  • Assist with managing library samples
  • Other design tasks as determined and assigned

Requirements:

  • College degree or coursework in Interior Design
  • Minimum of 2 years of design experience
  • Proficient in CAD software (Chief Architect *preferred, AutoCad, 2020 Design or other equivalents)
  • Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Verbal, written, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-managed, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Ability to understand and follow directions, meet deadlines, and follow through
  • Organized and have attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and multi-task
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and a positive attitude
