Job Summary:
National Children's Center, Inc. is a nonprofit organization that provides services for individuals with developmental disabilities. We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, providing nursing services to our Community Support Services Program.

Key Responsibilities:
• Administer medications to multiple site locations and day programs
• Perform nursing assessments as needed
• Monitor patients' overall health during home visits
• Review and update current MARs with physician orders and review MARs for unsigned medications each month
• Schedule appointments and prepare specialty clinic consults as recommended by M.D.
• Provide nursing coverage for the day program as needed

Requirements:
• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Maryland and the District of Columbia
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle (mileage will be reimbursed)
• Diploma/certificate from a two-year college or technical school in Nursing
• CPR/First Aid certification
