As an Automotive Collision Repair Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with the service department to restore vehicles to their original condition following accidents. Our commitment to outstanding customer service and top-notch craftsmanship in the automotive sector is paramount.
Compensation & Benefits:
This role provides a competitive salary along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan. The work schedule consists of five days a week, with an annual salary range of $50,000 to $110,000, paid on a weekly basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company guidelines
- Execute repairs and installations on both major and minor vehicle components
- Accurately assess customer needs and determine appropriate repair methods
- Utilize standard industry tools and equipment for vehicle repairs
- Employ techniques such as welding, measuring, grinding, sanding, and more
- Apply creativity to bring vehicles back to their pre-accident state
- Maintain clear communication with management and fellow technicians
- Focus on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction in all tasks
- Comply with stringent quality and performance standards
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent GED
- Certification as an Automotive Body Technician or similar credentials
- Relevant experience in the automotive field
- Comprehensive understanding of vehicle mechanics
- Capability to lift weights up to 50 lbs.
- Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong customer service, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities
